**end of the line**

Intense workouts are fun. I enjoy feeling exhausted after a workout because I know there's going to be a good pay off from it. Have a great week!
 
well, it's another tuesday but this is the week of overcoming obstacles. last night i failed at only eating dinner...but i wont make the same mistake again...

its hard to juggle all the good habits i've been trying to put together since september but I know I can handle them!

day 2 of treadmill hurt so much more than day 1...I also am pushing myself to work a lot harder in yoga than just the "hold it" position. so...

this weeks goals start with getting up to 30 mins on the treadmill nonstop (2 miles min.) and next week i was thinking about adding in 15 mins of weight training...but i may save that for my next plateau if i have another.

TODAY:

FOOD:
B: 2 eggs+ ketchup= 200
After B: 1 cereal bar = 130
L: pasta + sauce= 300
After L: mini oreos: 160
D: chicken + veggies + salad= 500
chocolate: 80

It's all about little changes, one day at a time over a length of time - and you are doing just that!!

Looking good!! Wow kudos for the treadmill
I got in a mile today in 16 min I hit pule cuz I have a house full of
kids lol and I am on my way down to do the other 14 min in eliptical
I hope this works and the weight drops.I tried running on mine and I swear
I picture me falling do to spaghetti leggs and then biting off my
tounge not a good vision lol! Have a nice day Tammy:)
 
Wow, you are really working hard. It's good that you even can manage that! I bet you start to feel it paying off soon. :)

I'm impressed with the goal of running. Hopefully one day I will join you in the runner's club. Right now I am stuck at walking, which is ok since I really didn't exercise before this past month.

Great job on all that you have achieved so far. Can't wait to see where you end up next.
 
last night went well...i got enough sleep, i didn't over eat and i was so incredibly tired from my new workout that i slept like a baby!

tonight i'm goin 2 the elephant bar w/ my girls...meal plan= salad + no alcohol = happy me!

i'd luv 2 fit a nap in after yoga though!

FOOD:

Hope your calories don't dip too to low,I heard
it slows down metabolism cuz it works on starving mode.
Your doing great and I am proud of your running geesh I run like
30-40 sec on treadmill to get my heart going then walk the rest
I suck at running jogging lol! Have a nice day and GL on weigh in day

hey guys, i'm still running, and now i want to do a 10 week training program to prep me for a 5k run...gunna also sign up 4 a race in my town =-) tryin 2 stay on track w/ the cals, usually post them here but then add on more when i get home w/ smoothies, and other sides that increase my intake. the scale started moving again-down to 153.4 yesterday (way to start the feb. challenge!!) and gunna try 2 get it into the 152's by sunday~!
