thanx guys so much...i finally won over the drunken munchies yesterday...it was sooo hard...(especially since i didn't listen to my good sense on friday when i had the drunken munchies...hope that didnt dent me too much!)
but it is true...having a good support system like your bf telling you NO is a great help!
so...i'm gunna have what i wanted to have yesterday night today for lunch/dinner...lots o guac & chips!!!/ quesadilla!!! woot
i am gunna go home & weigh in today...yesterday the scale popped back up to the 154's i hope it was just a flux thing...but gunna check again today...i am definitely nervous..... I know i should probably put less emphasis on the number...but that is what keeps me going sometimes....arg!
ok...so for more updates
i realized that i havent been doing any real cardio-yoga is strength training...not cardio...so...
this weeks goals:
1) to GET SOME DAMN SLEEP....seriously my fault...all mine!
2) to do my cardio @ lunch brk EVERY DAY !
3) to stay within my cal range everyday...hopefully that will get me goin...
4) to reach 151-152 by monday of next week!
will take a scale reading tomoro and if after i get a full nite sleep it still says 154...will change my ticker to reflect it!
about my food--I got some good advice and want to follow it regarding eating ...I noticed that between meals i am getting annoyed with being hungry and having to wait...so i want to take my lunch/dinner meals and split up the calories throughout my day. I already knew this was a good idea, but I was so annoyed about not being able to binge anymore that i wanted to substitute bigger meals and less snacking...now i dont want to be starving btwn meals so i'll snack more.
FOOD:
BRKFST: 1 cookie 100
AFTER BKFST: 1 cereal bar 120
lunch: ??? 300 cals
AFTER LUNCH: 100 Cals of something...
dinner: 400 cals....

That sounds like good advice I do 3 meals
averaging 250-350 cals and 2 snacks and it does help with
hunger I try to get my last snack in around 7pm and no
eating after 8pm! Well goodluck and I am sure the scale
will be on yourside tomorrow.
