I am sooooo tired at work, but I'm going to the gym for my lunch break...then it's 400 cals on the elliptical then back to work till 5. then 5:30 till 7 yoga then home.
I think that I should try to make it a manditory habit to sign online after I go to yoga to give myself a booster reminder of why I'm doing what i'm doing. it may be what I need to stay focused...
this weekend I am going bikini shopping-I am going to get that medium bikini size and put it up on the wall to stare me down, I'm going to put a picture of it on my fridge and one on my bf's fridge. I am going to change myself one meal at a time.
when I thought about it more he is totally right-there's no excuses, I am putting myself through an intense workout almost every day and then throwing it all away by binging. I found a new motivation yesterday-which is the fuel I need to keep going-so....
You might wanna up your calories as well. from what ive seen you hover around 1000, which is pretty low. Your body may be in starvation mode which wont help you loose any weight" If you've been excersizing and such...why have you only lost 8 lbs"
I am done with being overweight...i believe in myself and I can do it.
