Okay I'm back to 134 today, figure I should be able to hit 133 by the end of the weekend. I realise that my week is disproportionately busy Monday to Wednesday (max 4 hours sleep), then gets a lot more relaxed Friday to Sunday so I have a bad habit of gaining one pound by Wednesday, then losing 2 by Sunday. It still means a loss, but cant be too healthy or the most effective way of doing it. So from now on my focus is going to be on staying healthy Mon-Wed, cause I usually do fine on the weekends.
Yesterdays food:
1 bowl cereal (300 cals)
Too many cashews (400 cals)
Rice and butter chicken (tiny portion) (300 cals)
Grapes (300 cals)...yes I ate that many grapes across the day, it was just so hot and they were just so juicy and refreshing
Pasta and vegetable sauce (400 cals)

More than I aim for but I walked for 5kms, swam laps of my pool for about 20 minutes, did 300 situps and did a couple of hundred lunges so I catered for the extra exercise.

Unspecified dinner (500)
= 1450, perfect
Will do same exercise as yesterday, minus the swimming unless it clears up a bit

....as in my mum is taking me shopping and buying me a bunch of clothes which I'm gonna buy a size too small so that they wont fit me until I lose a few more pounds...size 10 skinny jeans here I come! (Aus sizes that is, think that's a US 6). In such a good mood at the prospect of spending money that I'm gonna go hop on the treadmill (usually work out at night, not 8am on a Sunday). and I was in a state of near constant movement/activity. This is also why I will be keeping this post short and sweet because I am so so keen to go sleep for 10 hours.
