Just call all me T

I’m an old martial arts guy (been at MA for over 30 years) that is really sick and tired of being in not the best of shape and needing to REALLY get another career. My current career is way to sedentary (VERY computer related) and I kind of ended up here out of necessity. However it does pay the bills, which is kind of important, and that has got to be a consideration in any career change.

I am looking at getting into a more health related career but I am not quite sure which way to go just yet. On top of that I am REALLY close to 50 so I am not even sure at this point how realistic this is but I am thinking about it and would really like to get there is at all possible

However I have started taking Yoga and I like it a lot, I did yoga when I was much younger but it was, as I put it back then, way to peaceful for me :). But now it is great.

My Martial Arts these days is Traditional Yang Style Taijiquan (the real stuff with the martial arts intact) and Chinese Sanda. My past training has been Jujutsu, Taekwondo, Shaolin Long Fist, Wing Chun, Bagua and Xingyiquan. But I have the most time in Taijiquan and the next would be Xingyiquan.

I will have a lot of questions because I have a lot to learn
