ok i have a question or two.....

Do yall think that low calorie diets are better than low carb or what? I am leaning towards low calorie but u lose faster with low carb...do, let me kno, please! :) thanks yall~

This is great news Em - I would go low cal not carb I have done both and low cal is better easier and more variety plus low carb, you loose it faster but dont really keep it off - it comes back and it isnt taken off healthily...LOL...there is a word for you, I am so happy we will be seeing more of you around!!!

ok...so, i weighed in at 277.6 this mornin, ugh....gonna try to lose that this week, at least back down to 275.6, i am really gonna need yall to keep me motivated! :D I look forward to this week, maybe i will get back into the routine of things :) ttyl, byeee~ :)
