ok everybody, my new workout schedule goes like this:
5-6:00 AM- 1 hour of tae bo total body fat blaster
3rd period at school-1 hour and 30 minutes of weight lifting
3:15-4:00-walk at the track by the high school
4:30-5:30-1 hour of tae bo with Chrystal
whew....
ok, so my friend Chrystal who ive been friends with since FOREVER! is starting this diet with me, so, shes helping me keep doin tae bo 2 times a day....hope this weight starts melting off soon, lol!!!
ok, so, heres this awesome site, and according to it, if i do all of those exercises i would burn 3540 cals a day, is that not crazy?!?!?!? hmm....well, anyways, take a look at this site, its nice....

WOW Tae Bo twice a day, I cant even make myself do it twice a week...I should go back to the basic work out...ah well I have two many choices and not enough time and i am loving my Elliptical...
