Hey and thanks everybody, I have done pretty good this weekend. My weigh-in was am 283 b/c of TOM... Hope its better next week, it's kinda depressing. Hope to be by this week, will keep you updated.

hey everybody.....weighed in at 285 today, i about fell into the floor. TOM is REALLY aggravating me. :mad: Its really hard to believe i am holding 5 lb water weight, does that sound normal to everyone else?? not me, it seems very wrong or unlikely...UGH! Let me kno what yall think please...thanks:eek:

WOW! I just looked at my ticker and noticed im at the halfway mark...lol, awesome. Hopefully i can be at 256 in no time (in enough time to beat Peq):p

it's possible - how's your eating been?

keep track of your weight on a daily basis - over several months and you will see the fluctuations...

Don't let a little setback get you down... keep going forward...

That's your motivation go with it...I am experiencing that frustration of the scale as well...I know how sad and heartbreaking and frustrating it can be *hugs*

How is everyone doing? MY god..i gained 6 lbs over night and I have been working my butt of at the gym...it has to be water weight. I dont know what is going on. Anyone exp. this?

Same thing is happening to me, all I can guess is its my period...or TOM (same thing) I hope thats what it is for me, and i hope thats what it is for u 2

MAL~I meant to answer u on the last post, um, my eating has been good! I messed up one day and ate 2 bologna sandwhiches and chips...but i dont think that made me gain 5/6 pounds! I dunno.....
 
Ok, i know alot of people use sprarkpeople and stuff like that but i was browsing around and found this site, and it gives u diet menus and everything, if yall would, check it out and the menus and see what u think, and if it looks like a good diet! :)

its not a lot of calories, but it's probably a lot of sodium - combined with TOM Bloat and you're probably retaining more water than the Hoover Dam :D

Drink up, young lady - - those five lbs will pass quickly
 
YES - you do need to stop stressing! Cardinal rule number one - relax :)

If you're eating well, and doing exercise, just know that even if the scale isn't budging right this moment, you are on the right path. Trust yourself to know that what you're doing is the right thing.

Bologna, I'm sure has a lot of sodium - I gained *9* pounds in 4 days once because of sodium and TOM - it wasn't possible with what I ate that it was fat or regained weight.

Take mental note of the daily ups and downs, but don't fret over them, it's the overall downward progession to look at - and look at that ticker - you are half way to your first goal! That is AWESOME.

PS. Please keep my dad in your prayers, he's back in Richmond.

hello everyone, doin good, tomorrow is my weigh in day but i wont have a scale so i will have to weigh in tuesday, however today was 280, but still TOM so it should drop :D ttyl, byeeee~ :)
