So today starts a new month! New goal etc. I currently weigh 249 after eating lunch. Still staying around the same weight that I have been for about a month now. It's time for that to go bye bye! I do have a new picture to post up, which is my halloween costume this year. And I plan on taking a update pic at the end of each month to track my progress. My goal for the month is to be at 240 so I need to lose around 9lbs. I did just restock my fridge with more water bottles so now I can try to drink more of those instead of my amazing sweet tea. Wish me luck!
Of course I get this closest to the weekend as possible. I do plan on keeping my dieting number one priority but I doubt I will be very "active" for the next few days. I'm in way too much pain to care about anything. It even hurts to eat hard or firm foods on the right side of me so I have been chewing slowly on my left side and after the bad timing at McD today I just plan on making soup my menu until I feel better.
