Good for you! 8 minutes of straight running is tough stuff, you will see such an improvement as you keep it up. I hate the weight training too lol.

I got up! Woo! I didn't think I was going to get up on time this morning. I got up at 6:45am and was pitch black outside, at 7:05am it was still dark when I went for my run, and it only really started getting light around 7:20am. Was mega weird. In the summer I get up at 6:30 and it's fully light!

Was an OK run. I was feeling a bit tired from my run last night, so it was a bit of a run/walk kinda thing. Mostly running though. It was also raining, which sucked, but I had a warm beanie on so it was OK!

Had an OK day... I have been tempted with chocolate already :drool5: but i'm staying strong! Sushi always fills me up and makes my belly hurt a bit lol, I had a coke zero with lunch too and that speeds up the process.

No more exercise for today! it's nice to get it over and done with early actually... even though I like going to the gym at night.

Ergh I am so bored.

I was so tempted to take my workmates offer of chocolate up, but instead I went and got a cup of tea with a tsp sugar, hopefully that will cure my sugar craving!
Not sure what I am going to do about dinner tonight, i think I might have it at home before I go to my boyfriends. His mum always makes MASSIVE portions. Like a MASSIVE chicken breast, potato bake, pasta and vegetables. And there is usually some creamy fatty sauce poured over the top of it! At least at home I can eat 1/2 of what my mum gives me and not feel bad about it...

Im meeting up with some friends tomorrow so I dont think I will be able to fit in a run or a gym session, unless its straight after work... which I could do... if not I will go for a 3km walk in my lunch break.

Today 9:30am

Didn't have time to have breakfast this morning (I know its NOT an excuse). My alarm went off at 7am and then we slept in until 8AM!!!! i got to work by 9am but still feel like crap lol. I've got some instant porridge in my drawer but seriously tastes so bad I wanna vomit!

Not sure what I am going to get for lunch yet... maybe sushi.

I had a good run tonight! I ran ALMOST the whole way, I had to stop at one point because I got a really bad cramp, but other than that it was good! I was not fast at all, 30 minutes to do 4km but its a start!

Im waiting for my friend to get here and then we're going to dinner.. they're choosing so it might not go to plan as much as I think!

You are doing great! Keep up the good work. :) 30 minutes to do 4 km is not bad! You will see such a huge improvement when you stick with it. :)

I cant believe how many calories were in that drink yesterday! 656 calories! wow... god thank god I didn't have lunch yesterday. Im not too bothered about the calories because I did a weights workout and I needed lots of energy for that.

Im going to take the puppy for a walk soon and then go for a run later. I totally forgot to weigh in yesterday morning, so I will do it tomorrow morning. I don't think I have lost anything, I have been naughty quite a bit this week :(

EUGH I feel SOOOO sore.
I FINALLY got to do some weight training yesterday, my BF pushed me really hard as well.

This is what I did
5 sets of 10-12 dumbell chest press.
5kg,8kg,10kg,8kg,4kg
The 10kg dumbells nearly killed me! But I did 10 and was so proud!

4 sets of 10 dumbell flys
I started off at 3kg and increased it to 7kg dumbells

5 sets of 10 close grip pull downs

200 Crunches

3 x 10 Lunges w/ 4kg dumbells

I'm debating whether to go to the gym or run outside... it's not cold... but I am feeling sooo sore. But I didn't run yesterday. I might clean my room and then see how I feel.

Let me tell you, I am nearly dying from those pull downs! I had a good sunday thank you! A bit lazy though hehe.
 
Today 10am

I am still hurting from Saturday night :(
So I didn't walk in today, I overslept and I didn't think it would be good to push my body into walking that far. Instead, me and my boyfriend are taking his dog for a walk tonight. Won't be long at all which is good.

I had a good weekend! Went a little too fast and im not too happy about being back at work! I taught the puppy to 'roll over'. So now it 'sits', 'lays down', then 'rolls over'. Its so cute! Its so smart too, it only took me like 20 minutes to teach it that. It also can fetch, which is pretty good for a puppy who is only 10 weeks old! We are going to take her to obediance classes so we can let her off without a lead at the park, she ran out onto the road yesterday so we think its necerssary!

I had a massive breakfast this morning, about 400 calories worth! Was really yummy, a hot chocolate, a piece of toast and a yoghurt! I have a banana for my afternoon snack and im going to have sushi for lunch! Yummo!

I had a look at some real estate on the weekend, but everything is so overpriced and expensive! Not to mention interest rates being ridiculous. So me and BF have decided that we wait until we have a 50K deposit before even LOOKING at houses. By then interest rates should have fallen and so to house prices. Im just blabbering on aren't I?! So going by my calculations we should be able to buy a house in 2 and a half years, so my BF would be in his last year of his training and could actually afford repayments. Doesn't sound that far away! Bludging at home isn't so bad anything, sure my brother gives me the shits but i'd prefer to be at home paying nothing than paying $300 a week rent lol.

Weighed in this morning. 57.4kg. About the same as last week. I had a pretty average week so I am not surprised.

Bad Things
Wednesday: Bought the bag of columbine lollies, ate 1/2 the packet :|
Friday: Butter Chicken Curry for lunch. Nandos burger for dinner. Lollies after dinner!
Saturday: Hudsons Caramel Crunch drink - 656 calories never again!

Good Things
Went for 4 runs!
Did a full body workout - a hard one!
Kept my calories though
I feel much better about myself! I feel slimmer even though I havent lost any weight.

Goals for This Week
Drop under 57kg by this Saturday (0.4kg loss)
Go on four runs (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday)
Do two full body workouts

hey your week looks good and you say you feel slimmer even though you haven't lost weight. are you taking measurements? you are probably loosing inches more now that you are so close to your goal especially with your excercise you may be gaining muscle mass. have a good week x

I am taking measurements, but only doing that every month or so. But I know my jeans that were tight a few weeks ago are now falling down my bum! So thats a good sign!
