I forgot exactly when and how it happened, but for the last week or so, any time I use my elbows with lifting anything over 5 pounds they hurt so bad I can't straighten them out. Triceps, dips, benching, etc. are all out of the question....it dosnt feel like a torn muscle...does anyone know what this is exactly? I have stayed out of the gym for a good week and a half to try to let them recover...but so far it's doing no good.
