Earlier today, I made my first attempt at an egg white omelette. Now, I am the first to admit that I am a useless cook....enthusiastic, but useless! I ended up with a bit of a 'splodge' on the plate with chopped turkey breast mixed in with it.
Now, it was perfectly edible and I actually quite enjoyed it but, I desperatley need some tips on how I can create an omelette that actually stays in one piece!!
