AYou talked about joining the police or being a fitness trainer as well.... Maybe you could do that instead if your not sure about being a nurse any more. Its really important to have a job that makes you happy as you spend SO much time doing it!

Really glad that you've stuck to healthy food for two days now, and you've resisted getting candy! Maybe you could work out in the mornings if your too tired once you come home? I think food is more important than exercise when it comes to loosing weight, but it does help a bit. xxxxx
 
AI hate candy for being able to make you feel so calm, I am to having problems with fighting off the candy.

I know.. :( I hate it too. I hate myself when I just give up on something like candy. I hate it hate it hate it!! Im just too stressed now and I dont know how to calm myself down the other ways. This stress is causing other problems as well, like Im fighting with my boyfriend about silly things. I just get pissed off about everything! I must find a solution.

Its not so bad you had candy if the rest of your food for the day was ok.Its not great but its not soooo terible.

its like a cyrcle.You;re not really ok inside so you eat , then you feel even worse and think you have failed and eat again...like there is no end to all this.

But you MUST stay focused.Please.Read back on your diary and find the power to continue.It means a lot to you
 
AI just came to let you know I will update more next weekend when I have more time. At the moment Im just really busy with the school works, and Im getting grey hairs already about them!! BUT I had yesterday my "first" diet day again. Sooo a new try,.. I did the same kind of diet plan I had in april-may. I must do this, if nothing else works THIS must be the one which does! Im just feeling awful about myself, letting myself slip like that. But Im just trying to take day after another.

Im sorry I havent commented on anyones journals lately, Ive been browsing them though!! Love you all! xoxo

AI know how you feel... Sometimes it can just seem impossible to eat healthily. So many temptations everywhere, so many urges, and so much stress. Do some healthy shopping right now, and get enough healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners and snacks to last you at least three days. Don't think about it, just do it. And I will follow my own advice and do it straight away as well. I have eaten out for the past three days as I have had nothing in. And all the time I am getting those "hmmm.... Lets have a chocolate urges". But if we stick to it and eat well for three days, those urges will get less and less again, till they are gone and you were wondering what the big deal was :).

You are not just feeding your body, you are feeding your mind as well. If you keep eating candy and ice cream and stuff you'll have energy slumps and you won't be able to take in what you are studying.

Also, maybe instead of studying from a book, you can watch youtube clips to help you. Sometimes it clearer when you see people explain things step by step than if your reading it x
