AEverything's falling into place for you :) So pleased for you girly!

I know its hard to stay on track but we have to do it, because the alternative is being overweight for life.

I am a freak, I love moving homes! Its weird cos I have been living in my house for two years now and my brain is in move mode, I feel like I should be moving again because I haven't stayed in any home for more than two years since I was 12!
 
AHere is my foods today in pictures! I havent counted the calories today really, because Im just trying to adapt healthy foods again and readjust my stomach to new level! Ive been suffering of these bad stomach cramps and I know its all just because I havent been eating well. So this will probably take few days, hoping to get it better. I think I will go to buy some digestive enzymes from pharmacy and see if they have any effect on my weird bowel problem.

Ive drunk also lots of water and green tea with organic honey, yum!

Oh, and I was in the morning spin/pump class today! Just trying to avoid flu at the moment so I could continue my work outs.. Ive been trying to eat SUPER healthy food today to kick the flu out of me! Same tickle in my thoat as in the morning, havent gone worse though.. :)

AI love all the photos! Your food looks amazing... I used to have goji berries all the time but forgot about them! I'll have to go get myself some tomorrow. YUM! And your porridge looks to die for...
 
AI had a good day today, better than yesterday.. I didint have the tickle in my throat this morning! I guess flu is going away.. :hurray:

I had a rest day and I did some kind of "workout program" for myself, like when I was preparing myself to army. I feel motivated and wanting to start healthy living again!
I just cant continue like I was.. eating all the crap and not working out. I feel totally elephant again!

But.. FOODS TODAY:

Breakfast= Green smoothie! (Green tea, spinach, goji berries, blueberries, organic honey and tulsi powder!)

Lunch= 2 Eggs, avocados, paprika cottage cheese, rye crisps with ham.

Snack1= Half protein bar from yesterday

Dinner= Mung bean's sprouts, chicken fillet, broccoli, zucchini, coconut milk and rye crisp. (the coconut milk made the dinner pretty high calorie, but oh boy, it was tasty!)

There's my foods today! All together makes about 1970 calories!!

You food always looks bloody amazing :) And i'm so pleased that you are back in the right headspace. You seem so so different from a few weeks ago. :)

What a bloody pain in the bum, your neighbours are, that sucks.
Do you wanna hear something funny, i was supose to have today as 'holiday' but forgot and went to work, got loads of jobs done and then realised half way thru the afternoon that i wasn't supose to be there!!!!God, i am so stupid sometimes :eek:

AGosh.. Im so tired again. So this day shortly :

I spinned in the mornign for 30min, went to school, came home, argued with my bf.. He left to work and I left to gym for two hours (spinning and yoga class)..
THEN I was tired and HUNGRY as hell.. And still pissed of to H. ,,, Tried to talk with him in phone but phew.. Sometimes he just irritates me so bad.

What Ive been eating?

- Porridge for breakfast
- Quark & Banana for snack at school
- Coffee, rye crisp and fitness cookie for second snack before workouts
- Recovery drink
- More rye crisps, some pasta and grounded meat bolognese sauce.


Didnt count the exact calories, but Im feeling hunger at the moment.. So I think I havent eaten over 2000 calories. And Ive exercised for 2 hours today.
Maybe I will eat a fruit or something before bed..

I am not a hard worker, well, i am but i am more of a airhead with no memory. Trust me, everyone is having a good laugh at me about it :)

So glad your doing well Eerika, I love those food photos too. I know its frustrating losing the same weight all over again. I am thinking to myself if ONLY I hadn't screwed up then I would be loads skinnier now. Arrggghhh.
