I've exercised for two hours today. 1,5 hours walking / jogging and 30min in the gym doing upper body. Gym work out was pretty lazy one.. I was feeling sad or something. But I did feel good about myself after, because I exercised even it didnt feel good (because of my mood..) so I can be a bit proud of myself.
My meals and calories today:
Coffee with drop of cream...
Morning jogg/power walk 50min.
Breakfast: 40g Oatmeal, 100g cottage cheese 1,5%, 100g sugarfree juice soup. (Vitamins, magnesium + omegas)
"Snack": 40g (Made specially for women who are losing weight, includes high-class protein and its low-carb of course) It is taste of chocolate, and I can tell you it tastes like shit! But this kind of healthy stuff tastes sometimes like that..
After workout at the gym I forgot to drink a recovery drink.. But I think the work out wasnt even so tough... So doesnt matter really.
Dinner: 100g Ground meat with garlic and spices, 40g bulgur, 10g olive oil, 100g sallad with some 10% feta, 300g veggies and mushrooms. (Sounds like a lot of food for one dinner, and I didnt even feel so full after eating!) (+Omegas!)
So.. I ate one orange and little bit later a cup of coffee with drop of cream and Atkins Advantage Chocolate Brownie bar.
That bar was something so delicious, Ive found a new allowed love!
I tasted it for a first time.. Nutrition information of the bar was pretty good as well, fits in to my dieting.. There's 218 calories in one 60g bar, 18g protein, 15,7g carbs and 9,3g fat.
Anyway, my whole day's calories are around 1400 at the moment.. Im not going to eat much later... Maybe some quark (+Omegas!).
