And you're right, weightloss will be more noticeable in the end, of course. Im just being impatient.
This has been second day preparing the big graduation party and Ive been baking all these sweet stuff. But I did resist the temptation and didnt eat any. Even the caramel cake was very seductive... Tomorrow I will taste it!
Maybe I should list today's eatings (I dont have exact quantities of all foods because my parent's dont have digital scale) :
Breakfast: 250g Quark, some sugarfree juice soup and muesli. (+Omegas)
Lunch: 1 Boiled egg, some turkey fillet and sallad with drop of sallad sauce.
Dinner: 2 Wheat tortillas with grounded meat, sallad, avocado and sour cream sauce. (+Omegas)
Evening meal: 250g Quark, some sugarfree juice soup, muesli and strawberries. (+Omegas)
Ive drunk as much water as Ive remembered, I would say about 2-3 litres.
Hmm.. I didnt have time to go for a walk today, but Ive been on my feet all day baking..
My parent's scale showed 87,5 kg this morning, but the scale shows always about 1 kg less than my own scale... I weight probably 88,5kg at the moment. I dont want to eat too much tomorrow because I will gain instant 2-3kg of fluids. Sucks..
