What do you guys mean when you talk about eating clean? Is it none of the junk food? or only whole foods? I have currently lost about 60lbs in 5months and im lookin to lose an additional 30 to get down to my goal weight, i dont believe ill have a problem losing the weight since i am eating well and continuing to workout and do cardio 3-4x a week. I read that your diet needs to be 100% clean to get to a low enough body fat % for abs to show, my stomach is still where all my fat is so im not to worried about that just yet. Would i still be able to lose the fat while eating healthy but not necessarily 100% clean? I know i can put on muscle while losing weight, but i really am only worried about getting the fat down to the point where my stomach isnt huge.
