Hey guys!
After I posted yesterday I did get a bit nibbly, oops. Had 2 GF wraps with chicken and cheese which left me with only a 20cal deficit, and I was soooooooo tempted to go for more... then I got a message asking me to go for a walk with that chick I met (I'll call her S on here I think) so went out with her for a trek along the beach. Didn't get home till 2 hours later! Was a really nice night, it had been raining all day but it stopped the whole time we were out and there was lightning in the distance over the water. Very cool!
Today I got up and went to the gym, chest/tris/shoulders today. Was a big workout. Urgh. S is coming over for dinner tonight, she's bringing wine and I'm making chicken salad and made a raw caramel slice for dessert. Here's a pic of the slice:

After I got back from the gym I ate, cleaned the house, made the above slice, prepped the salad so all I have to do is add chicken once it's cooked, and then finally made a quiche for tomorrow.

We were going to go to Swell festival tomorrow (it's art sculptures all set up along a beach) and have a picnic (hence the quiche) but I think it's going to be too wet and rainy now... maybe will have people over to eat it. Or take it to someone elses place to eat. We shall see.
Before we have dinner tonight we are going to a pump class at my gym too, she didn't have enough time to go this morning so we are going together. Argh, guess it'll be light weights for me as did a pretty full on upper body workout this morning and my butt is still sore from legs on Wed!

S 2 babybels, 2 pieces caramel slice (oops)
D Chicken salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, feta, chicken breast, homemade dressing. 1 piece caramel slice, 1 glasses of wine, decaf coffee
Exercise 1hr PT (chest, shoulders, tris), 1hr pump class (kill me)
