Family visits are awesome but also extremely fatigueing. Great job getting some training in, don´t forget to get some rest too!
 
No run today. But did wake up and make it to the gym.

45 mins brisk walk on treadmill, then 15 mins on stationary bike.

Family still in town. Happy. But exhausted.
 
Its ok. I miss a run now and then also. Sometimes things just can't be avoided and we have to make adjustments. At least you got some sort of workout in.
Keep it up girl......

Hope everyone's having a wondeful weekend. Updates

Friday was W2D3 of c25k, which I did pretty easily. Now on bring on Wk3. So excited.

Food has been so so this weekend.

Looking forward to this week. Going to start clean and finish strong.

Fantastic workout today.

Did Wk3D1 and felt so good. I am loving this. Was done in 28 mins, but did brisk walking after.

Weight hasn't budged since I started. Not sure what's going on there, at all. Clothes did feel looser in the beginning, but not anymore. Measurements show no change. Wonder why.
 
Finding a type of exercise that´s actually fun is really valuable, so congratulations on that. About the weight: would you like to post exact reports of what you eat for a couple of days? Sometimes I get so used to what I do that I need a fresh pair of eyes to find my mistakes. Maybe we can try the same for you?
 
LaMaria, I think I will take your advise. I am with family this week and next, so will start doing that after next week when my life is under control.

Great workout again today.

Wk3D2 and then stationary bike for about 30 mins. Total workout 1 hour. Needless to say, I was sweating buckets.
 
Have fun with your family. No real timeline to this fitness thing. Modify while they are here then jump back on the proverbial fitness pony when things get back to normal

Did a five mile brisk walk on the treadmill. Then 15 mins on the stationary bike to cool down. I feel good.

Big family day today. Shopping, lots of food, and huge dinner at night. I love my family to bits they came all the way to see me. Loving spending time with them.

Ok, now I´m jealous ;) Skyped with my mom and talked to my dad on the phone on monday but somehow it´s not the same... So soak be sure to soak it in while it lasts.
 
Sounds like you are going the right way Amber. If you don't have a bit of me or family time now and again, life isn't worth living and you are only human
