alright i am 5'10 160 pounds and cant get rid of this 2 inch freakin pooch i play tons of soccer everyday. On mondays wed fri i do weights and on tues thurs sat I hit on the heavy bag for 30 minutes along with ab excersises. I used to run on those days but now that my school soccer has begun i stopped doint that cuz i play soccer everyday. My whole body is pretty much great and how i want it except that lower part under the belly button. HOw long will it take to get rid of and what the heck do i do
