Dude 2 Inch Pooch

alright i am 5'10 160 pounds and cant get rid of this 2 inch freakin pooch i play tons of soccer everyday. On mondays wed fri i do weights and on tues thurs sat I hit on the heavy bag for 30 minutes along with ab excersises. I used to run on those days but now that my school soccer has begun i stopped doint that cuz i play soccer everyday. My whole body is pretty much great and how i want it except that lower part under the belly button. HOw long will it take to get rid of and what the heck do i do
 
id say do 1 hour of fat burn every other day.
diet is ur key, its 90% of losing fat, decrease the number of calories and id suggest u to workout in the morning before ur breakfast so u burn stored calories
 
Do hanging leg raises and reverse crunches to target your lower abs. This will allow them to show earlier if that's what you want, but you also have to get rid of the fat layer covering them which is the "pooch" you are referring to. If your main goal is to get rid of the fat there I'd continue lifting the weights and cut your calorie intake to 500 calories less than you burn each day.

Make sure you eat good foods and get plenty of protein so you don't lose muscle mass. Don't expect to get a lot stronger throughout this time, but you should be able to maintain the weights you are lifting right now. Also, you would probably benefit a lot from HIIT as it burns a lot of fat, but it's very taxing on your body so if you are already doing a lot of soccer it might not be the best thing to do.

By workout do you mean cardio, or lifting?
