Day 5:


Breakfast: Bean and Cheese Burrito on Low Carb Tortilla

Lunch: Bologna Sandwich with Light Mayo
Calories: 413

Dinner: Ground Pork Stir Fry with Rice, Bok Choy, and Broccoli
Calories: 758

Snack: Pork Rinds and Biltong
Calories: 23

Exercise: Walked 2.35 miles and burned 260 Calories

Total Calories: 1704
Protein: 125 grams
Net Carbs: 178
Fat: 50 grams

Overall I think it was a good day. Still on track.
 
Day 6:

Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios Medley Crunch with Milk
Calories: 229

Lunch: Stir Fried Ground Pork with Rice and Veggies, and Stir Fried Mushrooms
Calories: 707

Dinner: Stir Dried Ground Pork with Rice and Veggies, Halo Top Cookie Dough Ice Cream
Calories: 591

Snacks: Bitlong and Pork Rinds
Calories: 322

Exercise: Walked 2.1 Miles to Burn about 233 Calories.

Total Calories: 1849
Protein: 128 Gram
Net Carbs: 219
Fat: 51

Overall a decent day.

Do you have specific targets for protein to make sure you are keeping as much muscle mass as you can for your end goal? Or are you mainly just focusing on weight loss at this point in your cut?

Mostly focused on weight loss but trying to get a balance or around 30% of my Calories from Protein still.

Targeting 45% from Carbs, 30% From Protein, and 25% from Fat.
 
Day 7:

Weight 247lbs

Breakfast/Lunch/Brunch: 2 pancakes, 3 eggs, country fried steak
Estimated Calories:1400

Dinner: Chicken Sandwich, Fries, and Halo Top Ice Cream
Estimated Calories: 1300

Exercise: Walked 7 Miles to Burn about 780 Calories

Total Estimated Calories: 2700

Ate a little too much, but the walk of 7 miles hopefully allowed me to still stay under my daily caloric needs. Lost about 2 lbs this week.
 
2 pounds is a lot, so eating closer to maintenance today won't do you any harm. I hope you thoroughly enjoyed the food you had today and will be happy not to have again for a week or two.
 
Just a small update I am still on track. I am down to 238 this morning. Will try to do weekly, or twice a week updates from now on. I have been very busy.
 
Oh wow, 9 pounds since you were last here is not to be sneezed at! Especially when you're very busy. Great work!
