Right now I am weight training 3 times a week. I do chest, abs, back the first day; shoulders, arms, obliques the second day and legs the third day.
I am considering dropping the leg day altogether to speed up my upper body development. However, I fear that my legs will grow weak and will be more prone to injury. Is there a cardio/short-cut to maintain legs, so that I can do only upper body weight training?
