drinking water is good to lose weight easily, even research as show that by talking up to 8 glasses of water will help you to burn fat
Damn! My water intake is currently stuck at 1.5 l.
The problem is that I rarely drink anything when I am out. I should start carring my water bottle out with me.
But I drink a lot of tea, does it count as water intake?![]()
Why wouldn't it?
@OP : water doesn't burn fat as far as I know.
Yes daily 3-4litres should be taken compulsorily.
3-4 litres? I'm currently up to about 2.8, I didn't realize that much more was needed.

If you talking about drinking only water as your beverages but still eating, then yes, it will definitely help if you used to drink soft drinks a lot. But, remember that you need calcium so drinking just water is not a good idea.
Water doesn't "reduce" the weight of a person. It can help with weight loss, but because it can fill you up and improve performance with exercise. But water alone won't help you.Alan brad said:What how is it possible? daily i have taken more water but not possible to reduce my fat!i have one idea honey mixed with water may be this is great way reduce the fat!
Water is good for health. There is no connection between water and weight loss. In fact too much of water consumption could lead to water intoxication.
You can try lemon tea, lemonade, green tea. The bottom line is to replace the mentioned beverages for dairy beverages.
