i know this may sound like a dumb question and sorry if you know better, but are you weighing on carpet at all... i try it out every now and then to see what the difference is than from hard surfaces... but it is close to 20lbs difference. if not... then yes... we both need new scales
As long as its not lying when it tells me its less than it was before, then it still means that i lost that much..so its all good.
Lets see. how did today go..
had to be somewhere by 1040... managed to not get out of bed till 10 and dallied along in my room until my roomate left around 1015, which left me 10-15 mins until i had to leave. ugh. but i took it easy and still got out late.
Breakfast: special k and milk

2 slices of wheat toast, one with crunchy pb.. which btw really slows down the eating process... so sticky.. and one with a bit o jelly. (i should get me some honey...)

generally not feeling 'well' and like somethings missing.. started thinking it may be protien, but i looked that up and it seems ok... its probably just being on metformin again and this tea 'energy booster' but i didnt feel it last time*maybe* it was an insulin/sugar thing... idk.
so.. with this icky sick feeling, i went ahead and had some tostitos with some french onion dip. there werent much chips so there wasnt much dip had.. but that may have helped a little... and then soon after for 'dinner' i had some instant potatoes (milk+ butter) with chicken bits in it.
tonight before i got ready for bed, i checked my weight again, and contrary to the 'lighter in the morning, heaver at night' thing.. it again pointed to a loss.. not literally as it is digital...but you know what i mean. so it settled this time at 276. which is great. but im sooo skeptical of this... whatever. the official is on friday and we'll see then. if it remains at 276 or lower tomorrow am, i may update my ticker but not until i have more proof! lol.
today was park at the top of the hill day too. didnt seem as bad today, maybe because it was colder...
still no yoga.
I woke up last night with a cramp in my leg. wierdest thing... i wonder if it has anything to do with the hill walking.... otherwise im a tad worried...
I think I need to find some more solid foods. i feel like everything is pretty mushy (cereal, potatoes, soupy stuff... even the chicken...) i guess having that apple tomorrow wouldnt hurt that feeling...
lets see... what else... oh. i either need to find a darn tape measurer or go and get one. im curious as to whats happening to me ... if its all water wt or if there are any inches yet.. I have some OLD measurements i could see if im anywhere near those or hopefully less of course... but thats an aim.
events coming up that are worrysome..
friends may be coming to visit this weekend, drinking for sure. Im not concerned too much, as i can deal with no beer and maybe find a good drink that isnt too harmful... (diet wise..)
going to milwaukee for a weekend, traveling has a tendancy to have you forgo diet rules... AND drinking for sure

I just need to remember to make good choices and such. Im even considering checking out the hotels gym... assuming there is time and i get up early enough without a hangover... : /
