Don't try this at home

The only thing I've ever used to measure myself is the mirror. We have a love/hate relationship.
 
At our house it is all about the numbers - Tom has a PhD in Chemical Engineering - he can't help himself! We have years worth of daily weigh-ins, scale body fat numbers, caliper readings, and tape measurements... as a tall slim guy, he is on the eternal quest to get bigger legs. As a woman who is genetically programmed to have what my family lovingly refers to as "peasant legs" I live in hope that some day I'll get a mid-thigh quadriceps caliper reading of less than 20mm!
 
I think we need video of this super slow motion... I'm having trouble visualizing (likely based on my still somewhat spastic DL movement).
 
There is this theory that a well balanced routine is compound with some isolation, I may even have given the advise on occasion, I am now in the process of testing it. Of course this has nothing to do with the fact my wife is appreciating the recently enlarged arms, I would never be so shallow as you could imagine.
 
I have always thrown in a bit of arm isolation with my routine, though I've never had a day just for arms. I would be lying if I said that if my wife liked my arms bigger that I wouldn't work them more.
 
Catch up time. Friday was non training. But did weeks weights by catching up at the weekend.





No weigh in but got photographic ugliness assessment this week. Will sort tomorrow.
 
I don't know with you guys, but most ladies automatically look at the arms (guilty of it :p) among other key target points, we just can't help it. Aside from aesthetics, it has something to do with looking so strong. It's attractive.

You were warned. I know the world will turn perfectly well without images of middle aged male torsos in training shorts but it helps me assess progress.

That's a fairly low level of ugly. I can see plenty of room for advancement in levels of uglinness.

If I include a facial shot that will drastically increase it. Could use a bit of ironing and maybe a bit of polish for the ever growing bald spot(s).
I was trying to figure out a way of taking shots that included my legs but considering the size of my training shorts was struggling to figure out a 'decent' way to do this. All I have thought of so far is photo editing.
 
I used to take progress pics with my shorts rolled up as high as I could get them. Looked very nappyish, but I felt it was more decent than just posing in my underwear or full blown nude -- not exactly something I want on the internet.
