Don't try this at home

You're not doing these circuits at home, are you?
 
High Low pulley is very handy. Uses a plate loading system that holds up to 220kg and it feels heavier than I have encountered on most stacks which I like. Play area good.
 
The running is killing me for the squat and deadlift circuits but Bench is progressing well.
Only a week or 2 left of this then I will be introducing 10, 8, 6s see how that goes.
 
Sorry it was a rough run, but looking over the list, you got in a lot this week. Hope you can play on the weekend.
 
5x10 at those loads is pretty badass. Doing it with "[not] many pauses" is even more impressive.
