Don't try this at home

Not done non crossover front squats in years, need to do it right, at least I knew I wasn't.
Four grips are just positions of hands over, under, and two combinations. Nothing elaborate or technical.

Well I can feel the aching starting but most of my discomfort today is coming from the most useless part of my anatomy.
Running in even a light weight top in cool (cold to normal people) temperatures with rain means there is a horrible abrassive effect on my nipples. The point to these on men is absolutely nil. They do nothing useful or pleasurable, just hurt like heck when rubbed.
Ow!

Nipples on men make us look a little bit more like females. Females are prettier than men, and this makes them attractive, which increases the odds of reproduction. Men need anything to make us look more attractive. Therefore, anything that makes us prettier makes us attractive. Therefore, nipples, making us look more feminine, make us prettier, and more attractive, thus nipples increase our odds of reproducing.

Did I logic right?

Logic path undeniable. Similar to saying that by sleeping 8 hours a day we are only working at 2/3 or potential. I like these sorts of logic, where you take perfectly pheasible statements to prove total nonesense.

Just sayin' a chest without them is very weird looking - you don't want to go there... and yes, Ryan, that logic works in an odd sort of way. I think it is just easier on the human genome to keep things fairly similar where possible.

I'm already weird looking would be no loss there. Have been advised to use plasters etc. but with my body hair that isn't something I want to consider.

Get the little round ones, they are just the right size for most men. Tom uses them on longer runs and in races/endurance events, they seem to work well. Actually, often he just uses a small piece of adhesive tape such as you would put over gauze or in our case, the sort of tape we use to protect our hands when climbing. No special purchase required.

I am going to see how goes the rest of this week and if it's ridiculous I will have to consider something. Not been this bad before, maybe I'm going soft.

Are you using a new/different clothing detergent? Might be something else contributing to the irritation along with the cold/wet shirt. Sorry the run wasn't good and hope you are mistaken about the pending seizure.

Kit is the same, I am slightly heavier which will have included a bit of growth in the chest so could be that. In fairness I should have anticipated the run not being great I have been finding standing painful with aches this change over so got what I deserved and worked for.
Seizure wise It will likely happen, medication sometimes stops it and makes me feel tired for a couple of weeks instead, but usually it slows it and means a less intense one. When I feel it coming on like this I wish I could just flick a switch to say get on with it. Most of them are only a few minutes, they are always in my sleep, so just want it over.

Do you think it is the intervals that have you back to thinking 8.0 might be possible by year's end?
