Diet is still chugging along ok

2 x wheetabix with semi skim milk - 227 cals
Whole grain pitta bread with ham and salad - 197 cals
Weight watchers toffee yogurt - 48 cals
1 small galaxy caramel egg - 186 cals
Fried rice with bacon and veggies - approx 300 cals

Exercise - 250 cals burnt

Overall - 708 cals

A bit low, but I think i'll be making up for that tomorrow.

I know, tell that to the easter bunny! :D There will be takeaway and copious amounts of alcohol tonight (boyfriend is going out so im going to have an evening to myself with some dvds). Trying to think of the healthiest takeaway I could have.... Subway maybe?
 
OMG chocolate!!..*eyes watering*...lol.Im a chocoholic and its been my downfall all my life, if i could eat just chocolat eid be in heaven, maybe tahts why Im 230 ha? hahaha....havent had chocolate since my birthday on the 21...but damit its worth it since im one and a half size smaller. KEep up with the weight loss, and like they said, you shouldnt have less than 1000 cal intake per day..and choco counts as bad calories, not the nutritious kind, but the one that goes right to your hips..beleive me...hahaha G

I drew the picture myself, I like to draw, im not all that good but everyone has to have a hobby right? Then I mucked about with it in paint shop pro, shrunk it down and there it is :)

Thanks :) yeah sometimes I like to draw to take my mind off things in general, not just food or whatever. Well Marilyn Monroe was curvy wasnt she? Wish I was curvy on top too lol ;)
 
Gosh I feel awful, hung over :(

Im not even going to try to calculate the calories for yesterday, but it probably evens out since Ive been able to eat next to nothing today.

Hey guys im back and feeling better :)

I couldnt keep anything down yesterday, not even water. Begining to think it was more then just a hangover. My mum thinks I got a touch of salmenela (sp?) from the half a chicken pizza I had, Im starting to agree with her.

Anyways like I say, not even going to think about the number of calories I had on friday, but then I couldnt have anything yesterday so I guess it balances out.

Back to trying to eat healthy today, I wonder if theres enough time to defrost the cod I bought to have it tonight....
 
Well, I had one night of drinking that kept me throwing up well into the next day - I think it depends on how much you had to drink. It very well could have been simply too much alcohol in your system.

Hehe, maybe, I really should cut back. Besides all the calories in the alcohol I think of the other things its probably doing to me, like ruining my skin and screwing up my liver...

Okay, thats next on my list of lifestyle changes, cut back on the alcohol :)
 
Ate better today, I had:

Spagetti on toast - 323 cals
Cranberry, strawberry and raspberry smoothie - 53 cals
Toast with low fat spread - 210 cals
Cod, steamed veggies and oven chips - 314
Low fat vanilla yogurt - 50

So altogether thats - 950 cals

Hmm, thats still pretty low. But I dont feel like eating anymore...

Maybe il have something else later
 
Hi all :)

For a little extra motiveation I thought Id post my measurements from when i started really trying to lose weight at the begining of the year and now, hopefully il see them shrink even smaller!

Just after Christmas I measured:

30" waist
33" back
38" hip

I now measure:

27 & 1/2" waist
30" back
37 & 1/2" hip

Hehe, interesting to see, my body seems to cling more desperatly to the fat the lower down it goes. I knew I was pear shaped, but there you go, theres the evidence :rolleyes:

Bacon, lettace and tomato sandwich - 595 cals
Ice cream - 150 cals

1375 cals altogether, pretty good number :)
 
Hey guys,

Im feeling a little down today. I have coursework to do which I had planned to have done by now, but I havnt even started it yet :(

Im not someone that normally leaves things til the last moment, I tend to like to get things out the way as quick as possible so they wont be hanging over me.

I think im just tired of University in general, I knew it would be hard work but what I didnt realise was the way it would just absorb my whole life. My boyfriend is very understanding, he knows it wont be forever. But still...

Anyway, I have to look at it like this, this is my last bit of coursework. All I have to do is get this out the way, then do the 4 exams in May.

And after that I start work :) for a whole year before going back to Uni. Yes im looking forward to going to work :rolleyes: mostly because:

1. it will be a break from Uni
2. il have my evenings and weekends back
3. il have some money!

Well I had better go do that coursework now....
