The twenty minute walk you take is so much better for you than the three mile run you never do. You get the biggest health boost going from no exercise to some exercise.
These are not my words, but they are ever so true.
In other words.....'Something (referring to exercise here) is better than Nothing'.
 
Absolutely love this idea, and it's got me to the gym in a pinch more than once. On a similar note, I also like: "No matter how slow you go, you're still lapping everyone on the couch!"
