wow wow yeah long time, and long time being slack on the exercise, well up until recently, i went and got a memebership at a gym gym and have been going 6 days a week, i go right after i get off at work even tho its at 8 oclock im still getting it in, doing about 20 minutes of cardio and switching out what muscle groups im working out each day, and each week i switch about what im doing on the eliptical like i was doing 15 minutes first week, 2nd week i did 20, im on my 3rd week now and still doing 20 but last five minutes i go in reverse and that kicks my arse. wehn i started i was at 226, and im fluctuating by eh 217 and 220 depending on when i weigh myself, ive been drinking soooooo much water probably right under 3 liters a day like i feel like i need it thats why i drink so much, its nice and refreshing and soda taste just weird to me now. IDK but the grrrs i have about this is i never get zits and wtf im sprouting them like a teenager but i just got some face stuff from sephora to subside them so lets cross fingers that my pretty clear face comes back. hmmmm yeah thats all i got for right now :]
