good idea...however...cardio is aerobic exercise, lifting is anaerobic, so because cardio is more along the lines of a marathon, while lifting is like the 100 meter dash, you won't maintain the higher heart rate consistently.maf said:I was thinkin and if you have some intense cardio before its even better because your HR will keep high... is this logical?
