Dodger's Journey

skipped a couple of days, back again with chest and triceps workout. I definitely see some upper body definition. I can bench press with 35 lbs dumbells now..I will start working out in the morning from tomorrow onwards
 
Today was a back and biceps day. did 3 back excercises and 1 biceps, and then did elipticals for 26 mins...2 miles
 
Crazy busy at work, so I have been skipping days, but today I got a great chest and triceps day. I am almost at 80 lbs for bench press. Right now only doing dumbbells for bench press, soon will move to the bar..
 
Today was a leg day. Intense leg work. 12x4 of leg press, laying leg curls, leg extensions, stiff legged dumbell deadlift,calf raises, calf presss on the leg press machine also did some ab work, crunches and lying leg raises
 
hey artful, why only DB for chest? part of programming or is Barbell bugging your shoulder?
