A LITTLE NEW TO THE GAME!... BUT I'VE ALWAYS WORKED OUT AND TRIED TO STAY FIT. FOR THE PAST COUPLE MONTHS I'VE TAKEN WORKING OUT, EATING HEALTHIER AND BECOMING FIT A LOT MORE SERIOUSLY. I NOW HIT UP THE GYM 4-5 NIGHTS A WEEK, ABOUT 2 HRS EACH TIME.
