Yummy, having some strong Colombian right now!!!!! So that bike thing after doing legs. Holy moly!!!!!! My legs were on fire. Go ahead laugh, I know you are! Everything went fine got my 4 sets in, did my HIIT this morning. I am so looking forward to showing houses tomorrow afternoon! The DOMS will be kicking in nicely as I am showing all 2-story homes :pain7: I am trying to figure out how to copy that DVD for you. I'll try it tomorrow and let you know, if you are a computer wiz and you know how fill me in! Going for more coffee...................

Hi all! Just had cardio today and I was bad and didn't have time to get my whole 30 minutes in. Just one of those days sorry Alex. I'll make it up Friday I promise. I was a little light on the water today too and I can see it! At least I ate right so I guess the day wasn't a total loss...lol. Showed houses till 8:30 pm and wrote a contract so it really was a Great day! Well time for my yummy Alex shake, have a good one.

I am no comp. genesis u are on your own on that one. if you cant get the DVD to me that is alright.

Dont worry about the missed cardio just make sure that you make it up the next workout and MORE.

Make sure that you are stretching out a lot after workout to cut down on postworkout soreness

I figured it out......yeahhhhh. Just need a blank DVD and I'll send it off to you! I can't copy just a part of it so you'll have to find me! It has chapters and I'm in the Masters Division. Anyway, got my cardio in 2xs today. Meals were fine. The bf had me bummed all day but I have till next Thursday to say yes or no for the 13th. Tomorrow is the Hill program and legs part 2 along with my little bike ride...lol.........no blueberries with my breakfast :(

The hill program was a nice challenge. I had a headache all day, which wasn't much fun. I fell asleep and woke up after the health club closed. So I am an idiot and didn't get the rest of my training in. I'll go tomorrow morning and I can't wait to try the stepper routine! I skipped the PWO shakes since I didn't go to the gym. Have a fun Saturday night!

The Hills is a killer if done correctly. The stepper program post workout is great for burnign your glutes and hams. Just make sure that you squeeze that area on every step and the speed should be very slow. Good Luck

Made up Saturday's workout. Tomorrow is upper body with a couple of new things. New meal plan this week too. Busy week ahead with work and added cardio. A good week to all!
