ooofa....so i didnt pllllllan on eating anything at my party but i did have prolly 5000 calories in margaritas.....how does that work exactly guys with the alcohol? does it piss out since it is liquid or are you just screwed
 
cruce i was drunk lol when i txted you at that point had 3 jumbo Patron margaritas and several shots of 151 on fire mind you lol

then we went back to my crib...well some of us did and my homie bought me a bottle of black label scotch and two cases of bud light

i heard that no matter what alcohol drink you have you can garauntee that at least 90 calories per ounce... :(
 
not yet i will most likely tomorrow right before i head south for the wedding i wanna monitor my weight closely while getting married... i am hoping to loose alot more afterwards... :D sex is an excersize your body never wants to stop doing.....its true....i mean so they say im too young to know :D

1. The Walk was not a find... it was a peice I wrote a while ago.

2. No, you don't piss out the calories in alcohol. There are 7 cals per gram.

3. I thought you were weighing in today? Why did you change it?

i am working over time today cuz i am leaving in two days to get married the gym that has the scale i can use will be closed by the time i get off....on the bright side my measurements were awsome i lost 4.5 inches in the chest and i think 2 or three inches in my waist :D i am looking forward to the scale manana
 
I think most any of us guys get nervous for the big day. I know I was. Just know that it's over in the blink of an eye and try your best to replace your fears/nerves with what the day is all about... your love for the bride and having all your friends and family there to celebrate that.
 
word i am really doing this for her i knpw a woman needs romance and affection where the man just needs sex and his ego stroked....i wanna give her the romance she desires as a woman, i want to make that day special for her i want her to know she is loved......i guess that makes me nervous too its not easy for us big bad tough guys to brake down and cater to the womans needs
