It's that simple. The amount of calories required to maintain 500 pounds of human is huge. For whatever reason, you're bouncing back and forth between controlling calories and not controlling calories.

It could be a matter of diet set up. You're being too rigid or restrictive, thus you wind up bingeing later.

It could be psychological... almost like you're addicted to food.
that is a big component however i dont believe in addiction i just believe i give in or just completely dont even think about it and eat the wrong things in week moments
Whatever the case... you need to identify it so you can begin working towards a solution.
ok ok this is a continues process....i keep seeing that the more i learn the more i have to consistantly remind myself of WHAT i have leared, i know and educated man is a champion.........i just need to consciencely make the right decisions....the wife and i are going shopping this afternoon for food....any tips??
You could get away with eating 3500 calories per day.
