man, i wonder if they make a healthy tamale.

like i guess in a way its kinda ok to slack up a bit, i mean you might feel like shiz afterwards, but you will try harder to stay on track ya know. like I ate a burger at lunch, i know its nothing really, i had water, no fries...but on monday im gonna run like my ass stole something haha.
 
i was expecting wait gain and it looked like i just stayed the same the days i did good just canceled out my bad days and vice versa any who its on this week i am pumped and ready to roll i did great yesterday so i am feeling good
fight night was good i grilled up some jumbo shrimp and only had about 3 of them i was more interested in drinking but even at that i didnt really drink anything....heck i didnt even get buzzed i would say i did pretty good over all
 
oh yeah....and i ate black tip shark yesterday and it tasted exactly how you would think a shark would taste....tough chewy cland and very white meat....a little bitter too i used lemon pepper flavoring so that might have contributed to the bitter flavor but any who i think i will buy some more tonight and use some cajun spices and if i dont like it then...no mas shark por mi lol
 
see! it wasn't as bad as you thought. You were beating yourself up for no reason. Just try to keep it together this week and shoot for a loss. I'm not a fish eater anyway so shark sounds horrid to me lol.
 
yeah it was pretty nasty but with no side dishes at all i ate about 3 pounds of it for lunch....i need to check the calories in it but the guy at the market told me it was nasty high in protene and very low in fat
 
well Id assume it would be high in omega 3 fatty acid which is a good fat. I have to take a supplement to get my essential fatty acids cause i really hate fish lol.
 
ok so it turns out i had a bout 600 calories but that was also my late meal like between lunch and dinner so it was my last meal but very very filling.....

20 grams of protien and 130 calories for every serving and in 3 pounds there is like 4.3 servings
 
You see!! You didnt do so bad after all.. we beat ourselves up pretty bad. This weeek will be great if you get that 1 grand out of your head. RIDICULOUS! u know this..
 
i think that coming down on yourself is the worst thing you can do. Yeah you messed up but beating yourself up does nothing but bum you out more and make you eat to feel better. Just brush it off and get back on track.
 
thanks guys...and cruce its nice to see you here this morning, i see you survived your weekend...i know that no one is all for my grand a day but i will absolutely eat no more than 1500 its crunch time and i need to make sure i fit in that tux in two weeks after that i will open my calories up little by little

ok my name is Jusselin Rabalais i am not Arab but Cajun lol, at my biggest point i weighed approx. 750 pounds over last last 2 years i was kinda forced to loose about 100 pounds and then a trip to the ER changed my attitude...i now weigh 500-499 :D and am doing my best to get down to 220, i hav ehad ups and downs more downs than ups lol but i am in it to win it....wish me luck

not to mention none of my weight loss has been via surgery or pills

Yes I survivied, but im ridiculously tired.. and irritated. My yogurt is spoiled! tasted like dirt! ruined my cereal that i mix with it too.
