ok the results are in

Mymeasurements last week

Neck: 21......today 20.5
Chest: 60.....today 59.5

Stomache: 71......today 66 beaches HAHA

THIGH: 40......today 35 HAHA

Calf: 25.......Today 20
my bicep and forarm got bigger though

Bicep: 19.5......Today 21
forarm: 14.5......Today 15
i may have been flexing a little though its hard not too when your measuring your own arm

i am a lil sketchy on these measurements just seems too good yuh know....oh well i gotta journal too so lets see what happens

your calorie count is pretty low for you

i weight like 280, i have a strenuous job and it says i can eat 3500 calories a day(this still will give me a restriction of 1268 calories), i only eat 2700 or so sometimes 3100 if i find some jerky i feel like trying out.

you should most def bump your intake to around 2500 if not more, especially if you are getting a good walk or something in

shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit, if we lived closer i would make you come to the gym, be mr. olympia in no time

also, if you do your walk or whatever before you eat breakfast, it helps out burning off bodyfat because you are basically running on empty, forcing the body to burn your stores a.k.a bodyfat...

its what i do

yeah i usually get my walk in at 5 in the am lol before then i eat breakfast later....my lil 200 cal oatmeal dont mean nothing after burnin 300 cals my metabolism just swallows it up
 
weighed in yesterday at 499 that puts me at 7 pounds lost for the week

feeling pretty good this afternoon i will go punching bag walking
 
say goodbye to the 500's bro! Now that you're into the 400's to stay, its time to start closing in on the 300's. I'll glady sport my to piece string bikini if you win but i'm not going down with a fight! If i win i think you should take ur pics in the Borat bathing suit lol
 
ok i had a great work out yesterday....i have a punching bag that weighs 100 pounds thats ALMOST half of what i have lost....and i went walking with it yesterday and up and down stairs too..........i am sore lol.....but i felt great to just unload that 100 pounds when i was done with it instead of carrying it around.......now if i can just eat better....i am not gunna lie i ate wrong yesterday and wrong enough to put me back over 500....today is a new day
 
i planned out my meals for today i feel very prepared, i will get my work out in today also i screwed up the last two days by eating junk food cuz i was unprepared i realize that if i fail to plan then i plan to fail, so today is planned :D
