ok your right today is my new beggining i will get my exersize in and i have my meals planned out even with snacks in case i just wanna eat something....
i got this i got this i got this i got this
I GOT THIS!!!!!
i can do it
I've heard this before.
Less talk.
More action.
Right now food and your choices are owning you.
If they weren't, the scale would be heading in the opposite direction.
You've got nobody to let down but yourself. You've expressed how unhappy you are. You've expressed how much you want this. Now it's up to you to man up and do what must be done on a consistent basis to change things.
You also need to nix the bingeing.
I'm not hear to be your cheerleader. I won't do that. If you aren't going to make progress after all the information and support that's been provided to you... then it's evident you don't want things bad enough.
That's tough love, my man.
I want to see you succeed beyond belief. There's a world out there where things are entirely different. Where you don't battle with food. Where you are fit and healthy. Where you will be around for many years with your family. Where you aren't just happy.... you're proud and feel very accomplished. Where you own it.
You just have to be willing to put one foot in front of the other and not turn back.
Your call.
yea, i like hugs.

LOL no need to be embarassed.. that wasnt my intent. I just want you to realize the importance of journaling your food. There are sometimes we forget what he had and thats gets us in trouble. Besides theres more to journaling than just our food intake. TU SABBBES !
One of the biggest problems with food addiction is the mindless eating.
I agree that i mindlessly eat i need to make a conscience desicion to eat right but i do not believe in addictionYour brain pretty much shuts down and you just eat.... And then you wake up when you're done, and you're like "WTF, did I just eat that entire bag of Fritos?"
HAHAHA thats exactly what happens man
So, being good about writing down what you eat can really help. Get a journal that's pocket-sized, and write it down while you're eating. Every time. At least for now. You want to be able to look at the journal and see where your problem areas are. Jot down the calories if you have the info on you, but don't let not knowing stop you from writing something down. You can always look it up later.
Your exactly right i need to get a journal today
