yeah i didnt work out today either lol....at least not this morning i wanna go this after noon real bad and i will eat better today also :D

Don't set yourself up like that! You will make a trend for the entire day.. ive done that.. left me lunch at home and said forgetttt it and ate unhealthy and made poor choices for the rest of the day and didnt even hit the gym! no sirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, im hoping those days are over. shooot!

Please take time on your lunch to get some food and snacks that will sustain you for the day.

yesterday i ate a about 1500 calories i had a big chef salad again from jasons deli 540 and a fruit bowl and a few baked chips and that was it....today i had three grilled chicken breast and a salad put a side for later and i had 2 sausage links plain on a tortilla shell
 
You know what dont put yourself down when you do have a binge day.. Cause look right after that you were on track. I'm glad you are back on track. Stay positive and keep going. Congrats to your soon to me marriage. YAY! Ya'll gonna have a big wedding or something just for the family? Well, you have a good day and dont forget to drink your WATER!
 
Hey bro. Looks like you've done a killer job thus far. Major grats!

I always get worried when I see someone hate on themselves after a binge day or two... or three. lol. The only way you fail in the weight loss game is to totally give up. As long as you keep coming back to it you're guaranteed to succeed.

Keep up the great work, and for the love of god plan your meals so you don't miss one! lol, :biggrinjester:
 
Hey Disciple! How are you??

How much water are you drinking?! I hope you keep yourself hydrated!!

i havent been drinking anything alot to tell you the truth....and i royally screwed up this week....i havent been to the gym since thursday and yesterday i was the cook/host for a bbq and had food i should not have eaten....on top of all that when i told my trainer that i messed up he pretty much told me he was tired of it and we pretty much went our seperate ways...the only thing that scares me now is i am alone.......i cant do this alone....last time this happened i gained back 60 pounds, it took me from january till now to loose that 60 i dont wanna go through this again...i talk myself out of going to the gym because i am alone and people will look at me and see i am alone.....its very depressing

You know how all of this works....calories in VS. calories out. Just keep counting, and try to find a caloric "balance point" you feel comfortable with. Take out your frustrations in your workouts, and show that trainer that you CAN do this.

You've done great so far. Just think of how inspiring your story will be to others. Your efforts might be the example that inspires others to get fit.

Hey, Saw you in the 300 club...Thought I needed to post a little something to you. First remember you are not alone, it may feel like that at times but you are part of a community.
Use the people in your life to draw strength, if not there, use this community to draw strength. You are part of a very special community, a community that is going through the exact same journey that you are going through. We all fail at times, sometimes it is harder for some to get back up. There is nothing that you are doing that someone in this community has not done before. The most important thing to remember is that there was a point in time where you looked at yourself and made a choice to change. When times are difficult like they are right now, think back to that time and what made you want to change and re-embrace that and draw strength from that and press on.
I have made some poor dietary decisions on my own journey but I learn from them and move on. Does that mean I will not make the same mistakes again? NO it most certainly will not but I know that if I can make the better choice the majority of the time I will get to where I need to be.
Stay strong.
(Sorry for being kinda preachy there)
 
no its what i need to hear you guys are right this is for me and my well being not for my friends and there pride in me...i will do this i will stay strong and people get ready for that mega awsome super challenge cuz im gunnin for it :D

i am proud to say that i forced myself into the gym yesterday....i weighed 506 :( not good BUT i did get my big butt on that treadmill and pump out a 300 cal work out :D YAY ME! lol

i CAN do this and thank you to all who are helping me....especially steve
 
Good job on getting to the gym! I know how hard it is to get moving; I didn't really workout all last week and I paid for it when I weighed in today.

I realized when I went shopping the other day how much easier it is to get the clothes you want when you wear smaller sizes. I don't know if you've had struggles with this, but I know its just another motivation for me. :)

The benefits will outweigh the struggles.
