I haven't been on this site for a few years and I'm sad to say I've put on even more weight! My main weakness is alcohol
but I need to cut down to shift the weight! Over the last couple of weeks I've been exercising more and its made me think its time to properly do something about my weight. I don't want to be fat forever so this time I'm going to do it!
So the diet starts... now!
So plan of action:
1. Eat a proper healthy breakfast!
2. Only drink alcohol once or twice a week
3. No fizzy pop
4. Exercise everyday
Hopefully this will be a good start
