heyy there !!! my goal is very similar to you! except i'll give a little more time to lose all the weight..I really want to lose all for september but it pretty unhealty so I'll lose what I lose

there is my new lifestyle:
i am 18 soon to be 19, weight 184lb and 5'9
I was 197 and lost 13 pound in 3 week(the weight usually come out fast the firstweek) I was doing 45min of walking fast on the stair 3 time a week in the evenning and cutting on soda. But i stopped the exercise but didn't gain any pound.
My goal is to weight 145-150lb

for december 2009
morning: 15minutes of walking on stair(or mini step) and doing 30setup
then eat breakfast: one bowl(medium) of cereal at 10pm eat a apple
dinner: sandwich (sometime with peanut butter/jelly or egg), or oatmeal, then at 3pm eat a bar, or another fruit
supper: small portion of meat with a lot of veggie/ sometime with a little bit of rice or potato
I'll try to eat before 7pm
my nightime workout will be 40min of cardio (running on stair or stepper or walking faster) + setup or pushup
and most importantly to drink plenty of cold water every day
I'll workout 4time a week later i'll add some dumbell to my exercise
