thanks dude i love this forum everyone gives you motivation and good advises...!!! belive me i will work the hardest to get my goal

hey, just coming from the gym the personal trainer measure my fat and i`m 12%bf!! i`m so happy about it..!!! just my physic don`t appear to have 12%... hey i started my routine on monday ( tricep and chest) and ther hurt me so much... today (2 days later) i was standing in the school bus and i put my arms to go up and almost i don`t make it..!! that means good or bad?

It will take a little while for your muscles to realize what is going on and adapt. Once you get a month or two under your belt on a solid routine, the soreness will be much less, and you will crave it a little.

At 12% BF and wanting to gain 20lbs in muscle. You need to make sure your diet is 100% in check. Eat like a machine, get all that food into you all day long. You have a high metabolism I am guessing or you dont eat much. Either way, keep the diet clean and start fueling the fire.

Good luck and keep at it.

That's amazing, where you get this stuff?

lol tham here in my country it said it is dietetic... i will scan it and post it to make sure that is the real nutritional fact because i don`t belive it.... my father told me that the gelatin where take out from the bones of cow i think... so.. i think that is alot of protein lol....

"which is created by prolonged boiling of animal skin, connective tissue or bones."

...ewwwwwwhehwhwhwh.....

Anyways, while it does seem to be very good stuff for protein, read over the entire article, and you'll see that some "people died from the new "liquid diets"". It's okay, but just keep eating good foods such as veggies, fruits, meats, ect.

;)

BTW- Where do you get that stuff?

it says "Although gelatin is 98–99% protein by dry weight, the body cannot readily use it. Gelatin is notable for its exceptionally low nutritional value.' and "..while lacking certain essential amino acids (i.e., those not produced by the human body). Gelatin is one of the few foods that cause a net loss of protein if eaten exclusively."

It doesn't seem great for weight training (or anything), try whey protein.

yeah , i will not eat gelatin... lol, my uncle is going to miami he will buy me a supplement what brand do you recomendo me the top 5 brands.. i will like the supplement to have like 40g of protein and like 3g of carb and 0 of fat... thanks... then how many pills of creatine i must drink a day? 2?
