Diary - Part 2

I agree with your thinking. Master the moves and then toy around with the weights. I did the same thing with Taebo. I was so focused on keeping up with the "machines" that are working out on the video that I knew I wasn't keeping proper form. Now I'm much better. It just takes time. :)

Thank you girls :) i agree. Did not feel great yesterday. Going to go for the lighter weights until i get used to it.

Today's exercise: week2 day2 c25k = 1.8miles

Had a hard time dragging my ass off the couch today, but saw that you did you 30ds work out today, so I got up and did mine!

A couple of days off if sometimes a good recharge. Just get going again as soon as you can and all will be fine.

Thank you guys. Got back into it today. Did 30ds lvl2 day3. Feels good to get back into it :). I have decided to give c25k a miss for now and focus on completing 30ds in the next 3 weeks. I will then focus on c25k alongside some strength. Maybe ripped in 30 but not sure yet. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great.
Weighed in today after being poorly at 163. That's 0.5 up from last time and 1.5 up from my lowest in the week. Not pleased about that. But on a plus measurements are still the same.
Hope everyone is having a good week.

Those weight fluctuations can be so irritating! Don't let it get you down though. Keep on doing as you're doing and you'll be fine. :)

Maybe you should try the Focus T25 program. It's only a 25 min workout (28 mins with the cooldown) so it's short. It's a 10 week program, the first half is one set of DVD's and the second half is another set of DVD's. Each week you do a different DVD a day (Friday is a double day so you do 2), Sat is a rest day and Sunday is the stretch DVD. I think it's challenging and I like how you don't do the exact same thing every day like with 30ds. Plus you get the rest day, which is great (since it's a double day the day before). I'm enjoying it, so that's what I would suggest!

Since your posts i have been looking into this.it's not available in uk yet. I do want to do it eventually. As soon as it's available. Cant wait. But I also want to complete c25k.i dont think i'll be able to do both at the same time as focus t25 seems intense. I'd do it on it's own. Just need to figure out what to do after 30ds.

Some stats for July
