Bowl of kashi cereal w skim milk
1 fat free pudding
1 skinny cow ice cream
Buffalo chicken stromboli, which is pizza dough with chicken breast, buffalo wing sauce(no butter) and feta cheese
There was also some fruit here and there

My weight is still the same as it has been for the last few days,but I'm sure I'll see a drop soon

Hey Jenny,
Can I ask which Kashi cereal you eat? I bought a couple different kinds earlier this week and really didn't care for them.. and I'm looking for different cereal ideas... thanks!
 
I really like the Strawberry Fields flavor a lot.
My favorite cereal is Banana nut Crunch, Maple Pecan Harvest and Cranberry nut bread. They aren't as healthy though
 
I was very bad today. I didn't eat anything until about 5.30 when I had home made meatloaf and a potato gratin made of swiss cheese, heavy cream and a dash of nutmeg. The good news is I only ate half of each portion. I need to make a nice peach and mango smoothie later today.
Why does cheese have to be so good?
 
I'm down another half pound for a total of 3.1 pounds lost since I started on the 8th. NOt bad considering I'm not at a really large weight to begin. with
 
I am just on a roll now and I had better enjoy it. It this is like usual I will soon stall on weight loss for about 3 weeks.
I am down .6 KG or about 1 pound. My BMI is officially at 25.0 and I am down 13 pounds since last year and 5 pounds since Aug 8th. I'm not eating much at all though. I just am not hungry. I've been eating fiber one bars, fruit, pudding yogurt and a good dinner at night. Tonight's dinner is Quinoa and ground beef stuffed peppers.
 
I have spent the day setting up my 9th grade sons homeschooling curriculum
He will finish German level 2 and start level 3. He will have English 9, Geography (Full year class), Digital video production, Digital Photography, Pre-Algebra and Biology. I have to get the info on the classes all together and send them to the school board for approval.
I just had a yummy dinner of a pork chop, mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was pretty calorie heavy ,but I ate lightly earlier.
Watermelon, cantalope, small bowl of oatmeal, 1 spoonful of peanut butter. 1 yogurt ,coffee w skin milk and splenda
My weigh is still at 141.2

I've never been hungry in the morning..In fact when I went to boot camp they noticed I never ate in the morning..They forced me to eat before a run one day and I got sick on the run..They left me alone after that..I'm starving at night though and could eat everything in the house.

Hi there, I'm the opposite, I love to eat breakfast but I hate to eat lunch! I know it's weird, I'm only hungry in the morning and then around 6:00pm for dinner, I don't like to eat in the middle of the day, so I just adjust my diet for the 2 meals. If I eat a lunch I'm not gonna want dinner then I will be hungry in the middle of the night and if I eat something then, I won't want breakfast and I get stuck in a cycle and my eating schedule gets all thrown off, it works better for me to eat breakfast and dinner. :)
 
Well, this was a bad day. Among my husbands other medical issues he has epilepsy. He had a grand Mal seizure in front of the kids today. My 14 YO son freaked out and ran up the stairs. It scared the heck out of him. My hubby has spent the rest of the day doped up on valium and sleeping.
Epilepsy sucks.
I'm not even going to tell you how bad my eating was today. Tomorrow I hav a ton of errands to run and will being going out to lunch

Jenny I'm so sorry.. I know how you feel, and I can imagine it scares the kids so much. My youngest son has a form of epilepsy and I know it's SO scary, and you feel so helpless... my thoughts and prayers are with you.
 
WEll it's been a bust week dealing with My husbands seizure and my kids first day of school. I can't believe I am old enough to have a daughter who is a senior.
MY weight is the same. I've been sticking too it and not eating any junk. I always seem to plateau about 3 weeks in,so I am not surprised to be at the same weight.
Tonight I a making a big pot of chili. LIght on the hambuger heavy on the beans though. I tend to eat lightly during the day and then have a really good dinner.
I'm so glad that it's fall and I can start cooking more of my favorite things.

Thought I would stop by and say hello. You're doing a wonderful job! and you're a true inspiration.

I noticed your sons home schooling curriculum...I wish I could have done some of those courses at his age! I tried German in University but didn't do too well! Though it was fun!

IT's noon and I'm just not hungry yet. I have no idea what I will cook for dinner tonight. Something with chicken breasts I think. I did buy some whole grain cranberry oatmeal and may try to force down a bowl of that. My weight still hasn't changed and tomorrow is the one month mark. I wish I could get the scale to drop even a little. I'm going to go for a nice long walk and try to kick my metabolism into gear.
 
My goal is 20 be 120 by my 40th birthday in may. I started out with a BMI of around 28.0.
I am officially at a healthy BMI, just under actually. I weighed in at 140.5 today.
My minigoal is 134 by my vacation in late Nov.
