C, they decided TNT wasn't appropriate - they changed it to "Little Dynomite"!!! LMAO!! they decided I 'burned faster and hotter' than TNT when I got to laughin!! :D I got in my water and feel much better :D Thank you!

Despite not sleeping too well (a lot on the noggin) I got up with a smile (after I kinda woke up a little)..:D I took a peeky at my weight and got a good number! I am not gonna get my hopes up but I REALLY want it to stick around for mondays weigh-in! Last time I wanted it to, it didn't so I really am not expecting this one to but ...... :D

Scarlett, blame the girls at work for "TNT" and "Little Dynomite"!!! LOL BizeB is my CB handle, "Cassie" I was born with :p, and "Nuthead" and "peanut" were given at my "growth" on the peanut plant :D I HOPE my number sticks around or goes lower by the monday weigh-in!!! I haven't seen this number in a LONG time but I've been running every day and being REALLY careful... The Sisterhood can have second... Don't be too hard on yourselves... I know you'll have given it your best ;) hehehe

I've been running & pretty well-behaved lately too, thanks for the push. Every time I feel like being lazy instead of running I think of that little peanut running down the road out of sheer dedication. That motivates me to get off my lazy spoiled a$$ (did you know you can even say that word and worse on TV now? I heard Michael Palin - of Monty Python fame - say sh*t on PBS last year on his world traveller show!)

So after yet another tangent, I wanted to say you're my inspiration for continued running. I've done my 2 miles a day 5 or 6 days a week, and I think it's really helping. I bet it's really helping you too! Hooray! :D
 
So, when you sweat during your workout Cassie, do you sweat peanut oil?? :eek:

Keep working hard, and I'm sure you can change your ticker on monday!
