Hiya. I am planning on starting the couch to 5k programmebin a weeks time. Problem is because it's still dark when I'm not at work I will have to go to the gym and do it on the treadmill, which won't be the same training!!
Never mind, roll on the summer!!
So your on week 2 right? I was thinking of starting on week 2 or even three, I just think stop- start- stop start will annoy me. I am also only going to donor twice a week as I won't give up my other exercise. I am running 5k end of may and another in July so plenty of time!
