Back to business
Yesterday I had a sushi dinner and a beer and a half with the Sweet Guy I kick it with sometimes. He's a great listener, but I chose to keep my mouth shut about the AIL and listen to him about HIS weekend. We make each other laugh
I don't feel like posting everything, but in a nutshell I managed a day under 1900 calories, and a 750 cal deficit from exercise with an estimated
640 calorie total deficit. If I can manage that everyday I'll lose 5 lbs in a month, which would be nice. I miss being 142-ish.
Today I skipped b-fast
again but had a HUGE black bean and brown rice burrito with avo and salsa, and a Acai juice (with blueberry and pomegranate juice too). The fucking thing was big enough to warrant 650 calories on its own! Yummy-good, though. I LOVE black beans, brown rice, salsa, and avocados. LOVE LOVE LOVE that combo, mmmmmmh!!!
I have Kickboe tonight. Looking forward to that.
Tomorrow the AIL and I are going to teach me to drive stick shift with his old Celica. It sounds like fun, shit this might be his way of apologizing, who knows? I'm going to go with with a mind that he's just a buddy and I'm going to learn something important. That's about it.
Oh and I did yoga yesterday too.
