Personally Training
This morning I felt great beacause I woke at 7:40 (bed at midnight) and ate my b-fast:
Multigrain Organic Nature's Gate Millet cereal, soymilk, strawberries, agave nectar (for my sweet sweet tooth), 1/2 cup Organic Clover yogurt, sweetend with maple syrup and honey (but man they barely use any! It's not sweet at all!), and 8 oz Acai juice AND one suqare dark chocolate.
I went to the gym and saw several people from the morning kickboxing class I took years ago, for years. Two ladies were talking to me and I was telling them about my bench press routine. One lady, Esther, tried the 95 lbs and I was telling her how I do 2 sets of 5 reps with 95 lbs and then 2 stes 10 reps with 65 lbs. The other lady suggested I should be a personal trainer. She said it was because I know how to talk to people, I'm in good shape but not so good it's annoying (she said, "don't take this the wrong way" and I didn't!! I don't get offended easily at all), and that I look like a "Real Woman" but strong and stuff. I am seriously considering PMing Steve about what it takes to be a personal trainer.
THEN I was doing deadlifts with 135lbs, and Lupe, a man whom I kickboxed with in that same class, asked me to show him. He'd never done them before, so I taught him good form ("feet hip width apart, back straight, shoulders back, barbell as close to your shins as possibly, tighten your core, exhale, keep knees pretty much over ankles...") and it was weird! "Training" someone....but it was fun!
Anyway, my weight session was good and I feel refreshed and proud of myself for doing it 3 days in a row.
Extra Work: So I'll be pouring wine in Mountain View.
Saturday I have a catering gig at a wedding in Carmel, from an account of ours. Business is great when you can reccommend someone! 7 hours of work!! $$$$
November 17th I'll be pouring wine at the winery in Corralitos for $$$
If I was a personal trainer on the weekdays in the AM I'd have enough $$$ to save! Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
